Today, a new commercial featuring Ivan Trojan, who, as in the spring campaign, plays the role of the IQ 3000 robot enters TV screens. This time, the spot will highlight the main advantages of the My Train application, which is already an integral part of the České dráhy online world for thousands of customers.

The new TV spot with a robot focuses on introducing the benefits of the My Train application, where it is not only possible to quickly and conveniently buy tickets, but also to get a lot of useful information and notifications before and during the journey. “We are now aiming to increase the popularity of the My Train application. The new TV, radio and social media spot follows up the online, print and outdoor media campaign which we launched in the middle of August and which already directly describes the individual benefits of the My Train application,” says Jakub Otava, Director of the Communication Department of České dráhy.

In the story, a startup duo with a robot called IQ 3000 are heading to apply for an investment. But they do not have the My Train application, which proves to be a complication. They are rescued by a quick-witted conductor and the robot itself, Ivan Trojan, who can at least list all the things which the application can manage.

The spot, directed by Ondřej Trojan, introduces the My Train application, which is becoming increasingly popular among customers. More than a million downloads on the iOS and Android platforms and an average user rating of 4.5* testify to its quality. České dráhy is constantly improving the application and offering new functionalities. Buying a ticket and selecting a seat takes just a few clicks, and payment is also very convenient, whether by a payment card, ČD Credit or through Apple Pay, or you can even redeem a discount code or voucher. Before the journey, the customer is informed about the platform number, the application announces transfers and it is also very easy to return the ticket if necessary.

The spot for the new advertising campaign can be viewed on České dráhy's social media accounts on Facebook, X, Instagram or LinkedIn.
