Board of Directors

The Board of Directors decides on all matters of the joint-stock company České dráhy, unless they fall within the purview of the Supervisory Board as defined by company bylaws or Act No. 77/2002 Coll. After consultation with trade unions, the Board approves election rules. These define the method and conditions for the election as well as the dismissal of the third of Supervisory Board members elected and dismissed by employees of the joint-stock company České dráhy (this decision is otherwise within the purview of the Supervisory Board).
