A new seasonal menu is available on the board of dining cars of České dráhy from this day. The spring menu has been prepared by the JLV company, which provides catering services on the board of ČD trains, in cooperation with the Association of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic. The new menu traditionally includes a soup, main course variants and a dessert.

Sit down comfortably and enjoy a tasty lunch, a fine coffee or a delicious dessert during the train ride. Passengers will find the new seasonal menu on the board of all trains offering the ČD Restaurant service. Lovers of traditional dishes will be delighted with garlic soup with potatoes and croutons with cheese. The main course offers roast rabbit leg. There is also a meatless version of the main course. Vegetarians can enjoy corn fritters with cheese, accompanied by French beans salad and a beetroot dip. We also recommend trying the dessert – pumpkin griddle cakes with blueberry sauce and sour cream.

The spring menu is served on the board of the national carrier’s trains starting today. The JLV menu changes several times a year onboard the ČD trains.
