A new seasonal offer is entering the České dráhy dining cars today. Autumn flavours have been prepared by JLV, the company which provides catering on ČD trains, in cooperation with the Association of Cooks and Confectioners of the Czech Republic. The menu traditionally includes a soup, variants of main courses and a dessert. Passengers will find the brand-new menu on the board of all trains offering ČD Restaurant services.

Even though the weather outside does not yet resemble autumn at all, a new seasonal menu is entering the decks of České dráhy's dining and bistro cars today. The menu is again original and full of interesting flavours using local and seasonal ingredients. The new specialties include pumpkin cream with orange, duck leg with red cabbage and potato cones and carrot cake with nuts as a sweet spot. A vegetarian version of the main course, chickpea and cauliflower curry with jasmine rice, will also be served.

The autumn menu will be gradually served on the board of the national carrier's trains starting today. The JLV menu changes several times a year on the board of ČD trains.
